RECHARGED HAVE NOT PROCESSED, CANNOT CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER CARE

I have easy recharged my bsnl prepaid phone with 102 rupees for dosti offer but till now i have not got the facility and i could not contact with customer

care as their system have some problem.please help me
