Mob. No. reactivation

My mobile no.- 09451393861 that was barred/restricted for outgoing & incoming facilities since August. When i was contacted to customer care they told me to resubmit My ID for reactivation. That time I was in Ahmedabad & when I come to Basti In November I was submitted ID. And its now about more than 1 week but haven`t activate my mob. no. till now date 05/12.

Please find this problem & resolve it as soon possible.
