All calls barred

Hi

This is Rajender Kumar from bhiwani disst. haryana my BSNL Number is 09467716442. I am using this connection in chandigarh. I am useing bsnl pre-paid connection last 1 years now i faceing many problems starts from 5 oct. 2010 my incomming and out going calls are barred unofficially by customer care executive (Mr vinod Sineor customer care executive) I have to call in bsnl customer care many times but their software are always hang and down.

I am waiting for a hopefull responce from BSNL Prepaid customer care.
