Unclear Contract Terms

I recharged my cellphone with an SMS pack for Rs. 20 for which I was supposed to get X number of free messages. Now, I sent a message to a friend of mine under this scheme and I was charged even though I was well within the scheme. The reason? Festival days are charged. Which festival? VALENTINES DAY!

I am furious!

First of all, Valentines Day is not even an official festival! What is the criteria adopted by BSNL to declare a day as festival?!

Secondly, why was I not informed of this BEFORE? Neither is it there anywhere on the voucher nor has been adverstised in the newspapers or any other media.

I am damn angry and feel cheated. X|
