DO NOT REPAIR ON REQUEST

Actually We have a B.S.N.L. Landline No. - 2548125 operate in Saheed Nagar A/304. Last 8 to 10 days it won't work. First i have booked a complain in 197 after 2-3 days i have physically been to the office for complain which is just 2 plots apart from our office. But now already 8-10 days gone they say me today it will be done tomorrow it will be done. like this... If in prime loacation i suffer this much than what about in rural area and other area. Our company loss a lots of money for this dead of No. and also fame. Who will take responsible of this. One of S.D.O. Mr Rajendra Mahapatra sitting in Saheed Nagar Office he will also like others i have already say him more than 2-3 times but he is not responding to me. If anybody not lookafter me then i will take a case against B.S.N.L.
