I have a bsnl connection. My no is 09474647606.

So, my problem is that I can't able to send sms to any Airtel no. & many cases one particular Airtel no.

That airtel no is vary much important to me.

A lots of times I complain this problem to bsnl customer care. Every time they gave me new complain no and said to me that "this prob will solve very quickly" & after some day the prob solved but this prob again arises within 1 or 2 days.

Now I am fully habituated with this problem & totally fasted from Bsnl provider.

By this site i just want to ask one ques to Bsnl provider that, Why they are so irresponsible & when this prob will totally solved?
