Doing nothing to my complain

I have a problem form my almost first day of BSNL mobile phone that I can't able to send sms to any Airtel no.

A lots & lots of times I complain this problem to bsnl customer care. Every time they gave me new complain no. Now i have a series of complains aganist my no. But my prob is still unsolved.

Seriously speaking, now I am fully fasted with my Bsnl provider.

By this site i just want to ask one ques to Bsnl provider that, Why they are so irresponsible & when this prob will solved???
