CHEATING IN SERVICE

I have registered a complaint related to problem in BSNL BROADBAND. my complaint no is BPN76742 for PHONE NO : 079- 22733518. after two days I got message saying that complaint is cleared by BSNL but actual fact is no one has come to me for rectification and solution of the problem. Now i have complain about the same problem now customer care officer saying tht you need to visit nearest telephone exchange for this issue. my question is why such a bluff is played by reputed company like BSNL? they just cheat the customer nothing else.
