BSNL Broadband malfunctioning

Dear Sir, I have been using BSNL broadband service since 2007 against my landline bearing No. 0381-237-5038 on tariff of Rs. 750/- per month (Unlimited). My Broadband connection seems to have been malfunctioning for the last 10 days. I have communicated the matter to the local BSNL Authority at Siddhiashram on several occasions but of not much help in redressing the problem. In order to restore its functionality I sincerely make this pithy prayer to you to take the matter on priority basis so that such kind of harassment is not meted out to me.
