I have BSNL connection for the last 30 years and having Broadband connection (Plan Rs.750/-unlimited per month). This connection is working on WIFI router.

Since last one month my Lap top is not accessing internet smoothly especially in the evening after 7 PM. Most of the time ASDL is connected but it is not reaching to the system due to which my very purpose of work on internet is defeated. I have personally contacted over phone to the person Shri Nadim as well as line man Sri Akhtar who is looking after the same but nothing has been done so far. It is necessary to mention that my job is based on the internet and I am totally helpless in this regard.

Please have a look and depute a technician immediately otherwise I shall have no option but to surrender the broadband connection and switch over to another company.
