BSNL Broadband & Landline
Phone is dead since 4th June, 11

I have a BSNL landline broadband connection (0120-2765857). This phone number is dead since 4th of June and I filed a complaint of the same in the phone number 0120-2702198 which is actually BSNL fault booking service number. The request/complaint number for this complaint is 17055. One week has gone but I got no response from BSNL. I am highly frustrated by this behavior of BSNL.

I request you to please take some appropriate actions against BSNL accordingly.
