NON WORKING OF BROADBAND

Sir. Madem,

my bsnl broadband for number 0361-2545244 (Kamrup Metro) is in a non working condition since last one month. I have lodged written complain with the General Manager (Mr. A.K.Sinha, Guwahati) and also at the toll free no.1500. but no response is given to me in this regard. Non working of broadband is leading to huge problem in my business too. Please suggest as to what has to be done next.
