BSNL Broad Band
Some web sites not opening

I have BSNL broad band connection at my home. My Id is sumaart@dataone.in. My land line number is 23605629. My complaint is Hotmail.com & microsoft.com web pages not opening. Other websites are opening. I have compainrd to the call centre two days back. After trying ceratain set up tests. I was told that the the back end people will call me over my handphone. Nothing has happened even after three days. Getting through to customer service is impossible; I end up getting only their commercial record messages endlessly either in the early morning or day time or night time. I need this problem to be solved soon. Thanks
