Hi,

My BSNL telephone number is 26797725. I have shifted to a new house and have requested for shifting of broadband connection.

This request was submitted on 28th Apr. Today is 4th June, it is more than 40 days and the shifting of Broadband has not happened yet. I have walked to the CMK exchange atleast 12 times, but there is extremely poor/no response. On top of this, I have received the bill to be paid for May when I had no service provided by BSNL. I am highly frustrated as all the telephone numbers given for customre complaints are NOT working or switched off. Please help.
