Sir,
we have taken bsnl broadband connection 2 months ago. we are not satisfied with your services.worst service tht i have experienced..we are trying to change the password and tried to open the site... www.selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in.but this site is not at all working since last 1 month.there is no correct responce from the customer care.whenever we try to cust care there will be no response from them.we are fed up with your services.recently we got bill amount Rs6091 which we never expected at all.our usage per month will not exceed more than 30hrs.please give correct website details to change our password as soon as possible.otherwise we will disconnect the broadband connection.
