No Internet connection for more then a month

My land line nos is 25449295 which has Voice and data,

The Voice clarity is so bad that i can hear some one talking on the other parallel line

dаta: I have been complaining to CM care, and have been to kammanahalli BSNL Exchange for more then 5 time, But the reply was will get it done by to day but its more then a month but the result is the same
