They are not responsible to clear our queries of bill they have charged 1742 Rs and i am asking for clarifying why they are transferring call

BSNL. i have changed my plan from 500 to 750 . They are not responsible to clear our queries of bill they have charged 1742 Rs and i am asking for clarifying why they are transferring call from here to there.

There staff should have answer of my question that why bill is this much and what are the charges they have appliyed and why appliyed.. insted of they are saying that call on this number if i call on that number they are saying that call on this number.

very bogus services...
