I regret to inform you that for the aforesaid monthly bill, you have charged me of Rs. 4500 approx wherein i have opted th plan 750 but the bill is for 500 combo. I have just checked the same on customer call centre it was surprising that such a renewd govt organisation works like this. It is mental harrasment as I am expecting the bill around Rs 800 and the bill is around Rs 4500 I am 59 year old woman You can check the same on the form as I have written 750 .

Kindly expedite the matter and correct the bill. Trust you will do the needful.
