We have a BSNL Broadband connection on our landline number 0141-2784690, and we have subscribed to 750 unlimited download plan. But since the day one, we had been experiencing lot of problem like frequent disconnection and low download speed etc. Sometimes, landline phone goes dead while browsing internet. Have checked up with BSNL people many times, they insist on checking connection between splitter box and instrument/modem. Have ensured that the physical connection is correct. However, nobody from BSNL has turned up till date for rectification of the problem. I m quite annoyed since I m not getting any service although I have subscribed for a high-end plan.
