Usage problem

Sir,

I am having the broadband plan of Home 500 Combo. The problem is bandwidth usage is automaticaaly increasing without any download, upload or surfing i.e. in standby mode, bandwidth is automatically increasing. So plz reply the solution for this problem as soon as possible.
