I have applied for broadband connection in the month of june. i have got adsl link after 4 months just i.e 10 days back. It is showing error 691 user id or password invalid. I have called kalyan exchange as well as boisar exchange. kalyan people asked me to do a test by some other id given by them still didnt work. In boisar exchange no body is responding what should i do? Do i need to cancel my connection? there is no one who is responding to this problem its been more than 10 days... please tell me what to do?
