BSNL Broad Band
Not working properly

My landline and broad band is not workinh properly, i had made complaint 15 days ago but still it is not rectified. The line man is telling there was a line problem, he has reported it to higher officials, so waiting for the materials to come. How many days to rectify a problem. I have to pay 830 rupees has monthly rent for the service which was not provided.
