Dear Sir,

I have a BSNL Broadband connection with landline phone NO 0141-2725457, and I am a Central Govt. Employee, I have submitted application for 20% discount on my BSNL bill as per BSNL Facility., but still I couldn't have benefit of such discount in bill, I have paid 5 bills without discount. MY connection date is 18.03. Additional Phone no is. 9928289195, I have complained many time to customer care and Local Durgapura branch but my problem didn’t solve yet, Please solve this issue as earlier as you can.
