Oad band not working

i have booked a complain for BSNL broadband not working on 15-07-10 complain no 2 dtd 15-07-10.After one one week of waiting period I have visited Kalyanpur exchange for quick repair and found that none is working for this complain. From 22/7 to 27/7 continuousily I have visited MDF section but in no vain. Today on 27/7 they have told me that it is beyond there limit. Pls go and talk to GM kanpur (05122361414).

Is it not possible for me to chase up all the way where cause laying

This negative attitute of BSNL employee has hurt me can some body help me
