BSNL Broad band connection
New connection (Waiting for a long time)

Dear Sir,

My name is Balagopal varma and I am a residing at Tripunithura, Cochin, Kerala. 1.5 Months back I applied for a BSNL broad band connection (along with landline) by submitting 500 Rs in cash. Some 3 weeks earlier I went to the telephone exchange tripunithura and enquired about the status. They told me that the order is ready. When ever I contact them, they says that theymake the connection fast. But till now no body has come to my residence for giving the connection. I have purchased a telephone inorder to avoid the delays due to non availability of the telephones. I dont know what is the reason behind this delay. If things are happening like this I would be left with no option other than going for a private connection. What all problem BSNL is facing right now is only due to the laziness of the BSNL employees.
