BSNL / Broadband Connection
Bill asked for dead Broadband line

Hi Sir,

We had a BSNL broadband connection, which was dead from last 1 year and more but inspite of several complaint the broadband line remained dead. We paid bill at starting few months in hope of getting our phone dead issue addressed but. It did not happen now we are still receiving the bills.

Kindly waive our bill off and get our connection cut immediately
