BSNL Broadband Landline connection
Delay in transfe

I had applied for transfer of landline/ Broadband connection in January and based on the request the line was disconnected on 24/01, but till date the transfer has not yet been effected and moreover I am still receiving bills generated without even having the connection. No proper response/ responsibility from BSNL.
