Regading changing of triff (725-325) &deactivate gprs pdpi@249/month

Myself Ranjeet kumar mahto, having BSNL Postpaid connection of triff 725 in which local bsnl calls, GPRS &1500 min bsnl std calls are free of cost but in my case I have to paid money both for GPRS @ Rs 249/month & std BSNL calls. After few month i dicided to change the tariff so that, I have submitted the application two times in patna exchange CTO office for changing my tariff current 725 to 325 & deactivate GPRS PDPI @ Rs249 /month two month back, but even after visited two time in CTO office. They didn't change my triff. they only given assurance that, All these thing are setteled in two days but iIve waiting for this for two month
