Unwanted service

My number is 9457387092 . I am a BSNL prepaid customer. I have charged Rs 30/- per 15 days from 1month from 55678, i got message f every month that "Thanks for using subscriotion service, You have charged Rs.30 for 15 days. I want to unsubscribe this service . when i sent unsubtad to 55678 it always reply temperary error... Please unsubscribe this service immediatly.& i want refund me balance i.e cutting by bsnl
