I shiladitya kumar gupta mobile no 09973970463 launched a complain on 17.12.2007 regarding my closure of incoming call in my mobile. My complain no is 1217100027400.

I convey my request to your customer care executives namely mr. Dilip, mr. shailendra, mr. sourav and many more. They assured me that in seventy two (72) hours your problem must be solved. But, yet i havn't not get any solution.

I am requesting you to please enquire into the matter as soon as possible unless i have to take severe legal action action your company.
