Late fee charge recurring in all bills

It seems in the name of system upgrade, AIRTEL (Bharti Airtel Ltd - southabts, chennai, tamilnadu) has the made the billing at its worst, in every bill late fee is being charged though the previous has been paid in full well ahead of the due date acknowledged and receipted clearly. None of the people in southabts appellate or nodal authority seems worried about customer's plight despite complaint about every other bill sent to them. The receipt date shown in the account history online is always different from the original online payment date which is also the credit card transaction entry as seen in bank statement. I am wondering if any fraudulent act is happening by altering the payment date and charging the customer with late fee to raise their revenue. Only stereo typed apologies and sorry statements are coming up from them.
