Non recepit of pension

Sir,

I retired from BSNL Aurangabad on 30 June. AS Asst Genral Mananger.

The PPO was recived to Aurangabad Kranti Chowk branch on 11-08.

The copy of PPO is also recived to me from Kranti Chowk branch on 04-09.

The pension clark told me it wiil take a monts time to get your pension.

The detils are send to Mumbai office on 25-10 by branch office.

But till date my pension is not cridit to my account.

Please look in to the matter.
