Obstruction of incoming calls

My mobile number is 919440676564 presently i'm in Vennala Plus plan.

I have been Migrated to Chandigarh 15 days back since then im not receivibg any calls and messages but i was being connected with incoming calls.

due to prevention of incoming calls i'm facing big problems.

please look after this matter.
