SLOW GPRS

Sir,

I have been using BSNL GPRS on my NOKIA N72 mobile for the past 3 months. My prepaid GPRS plan is GPRS230.my problem is gprs speed is very slow in a particular area (2kbps only). But i browse at another area in coimbatote (15kbps to 20kbps) it is working fine. I complaint the customer care peoples. They told me the problem was corrected. But i still facing the same problem.what can i do? I lost my money without using the gprs.

my area signol name is 1.CRPF this signol only problem.my phone no 9486128795.

please solve the problem.
