BSNL
No phone service for 2 months

Dear Sir/madam,

I would like to invite your attention that the BSNL land line number 04994-211897 is not working for last two months. We have informed the local telephone exchange (Bedadka station, Kasaragod area, Kannur SSA) many times. But we were told that it will take many days to repair. some of my neighbor's phone also not working. The BSNL authority is not showing any responsibility and many of the customers has changed to other service providers. There is rumor that they are intentionally not servicing the phone in order to support private service providers. The line 04994-211894 is also not working for last 2 months ans still there is no action from the department. But the customers still have to pay the telephone bill.

So here i am requesting you to take action to solve this problem and greatly appreciating it.
