Phone is not working from last 2 months

This is to bring to your notice that my phone no 0120-2769674 (Swarnjayantipuram Ghaziabad) was not working from last 2 months. My Brother and me has complaint for the same to the Govindpuram telephone exchange and Rajnagar Sector-1 complain office end number of times, and i was personally meet the DTE Govindpuram unfortunatly no action has been taken so far. I have even spoken to the person who has been looking after and rectifying the proplems in that area, but he rather seems to be not bothered at all. So it is my humble request to you is that kindly look in to the matter as early as possible.
