Landline not working

Sir,

I having phone nos 27411048, 27414393, 27414512 in pimpri area (previous nos respectively 27452048, 27453493, 27452451) are totally not working since 21/12 the complain nos are (020- 27411048 dated 21/12 009322, 020-27414393 dated 21/12 003920) This problem of my phone landline not working exists 10 days in a month averagely four to five months in a year the lines are dead. Your staff is not ready to take any written application for the line that are not working, i always get a answer that there in no authorised person to take the application, they are on leave please contact higher authority... because of this problem i will have to shift to some private operater because of the service.
