Unwanted Promos

Dear Sir / Madam,

It is really irritating to receive promotional sms and calls (9449056700) from BSNL at odd times of the day and also holidays. Our busy schedule is interrupted by a stupid call promoting ring tones. Why doesn't the company realise that all are not crazy about ring tones and they are busy with their work and would contact the company for any requirement of tunes.

All this inspite of registering in DNC registry. If the service provider is itself a nuisance to the consumers, what help could they be of blocking telemarketers?

I hope this mail would put an end to the harassment of consumers.
