Mentioning services are free but deductind charges

A message from 58989 (onmobile) did not mention charges for its so called free back up contact list and ask the subcriber to send sms sub or help before activateing the services no charges are mentioned, no conditions, sending the sms as it is free service from bsnl, then they activate the service and send u a sms that they have deducted rs 30 from the account.it has been noticed that most of the sevices from onmobile compay is misleading and cheating the subcriber especially the contest and value added services so take care one should not get trapped by such what appear free services
