My land phone is not working and officials are not responding

Dear sir,

My landphone is not working from last 2 weeks. I have complained it. They registered complaint and said that it is the comlaint of cable outside. But, till oday they have not make any movements to rectify the complaint. So plz make necessary step to rectify the complaint of my telephone.. My telephone number is 04962577299. Still this time we have no paiment due.

I have informed technical staffs and engineers of Parakkkavu exchange. But, still this time they neither cam to fix it nor any action
