Regarding Cell Phone Validity

I have prepaid mobile bsnl connection. No: is 9410907517. I have updated my cell phone by 400 days validity voucher. You have extended my cell phone validity upto May. But when I recharge by Rs 49.00 voucher for reducing call rate Rs. 0.49. You had reduce my call rate Rs. o.49 but as well as also reduced my Cell phone validity from May to Jan. Which is unfaire to me. YOUR CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE ARE NOT ABLE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. I am very much unsatisfied and disgusted with your service and customer care response. I REQEST YOU TO CHANGE MY VALIDITY UP TO MAY IMMEDIATELY.
