Transfer not done

We requested to transfer our land line phone from porur vigneshwara nagar to next stopping porur madhanandapuram on july we went in person more than 50 times over phone we are contacting weekly they Mr. selvaraj telling it will happen todayy tomorrow but not done.our no is 24825465, i compliant this to gm of bsnl also forwarded mail to them but no response kindly get my problem solved .i would like to take this issue to consumer court for wasting our time and money with this people
