BSNL
Not providing with new instrument

My landline number is 24799089. My landline instrumnet is not working for the last three months. Today I went to the BSNL office, Koyambedu for replcement of new instrumnet.? But they are not providing me with new one. They are saying that it would take more fifteen days. Services provided by

Government concern is really useless. especially bsnl service is really absurd.

It should be given to some privatre concern for better service.
