Phone complaints not being addressed

My BSNL telephone number is 020-26709200 which is provided by franchise Rachi's Telecom. I have complained them numerous time about my landline phone and internet not working but no permanent solution has been provided. Now my phone is not working since last 15 days and no action has been taken.
