Delay of 3 weeks for giving new connection

On 25th of jan i had ordered a new connection and it has been 3 weeks now and still i dont hav d connection... just six months back som1 else was usin a bsnl lanline in my house wen i had rented it to som guy... dey dont even bother to do somthin... i think may be it s bcoz it s a govt. organisation... i had an airtel connection before and tat connection i had it in a day, in d mornin i had ordered for it and by evenin i had it with broadband...

pls help me in gettin d connection
