To deactivate wap subftv model pack

My mobile no. is 9418365808.the wap ftv model pack is activated on my mobile no. Every month Rs.30 is cut of my account. I get messages from the no.58888.I want to deactivate all the services from 58888..I want to cancel my account from wap.indiatimes.com. Kindly help meto cancel this service.thank you.
