Iam sonal from bhopal, on 11/02/10 registered a complaint with BSNL customer care stating am not able to send and receive sms for my mobile number 9407554263. Till date nothing has been done, when called again to customer care they said we have resolved your problem but till date nothing has been done and some agents replies as this problem is not from their end. To cross check i changed the sim to other mobile still problem persist. Its an kind request kindly look over o this issue.
