Regarding wrong deduction

This is to bring to your notice that on 15th February suddenly my prepaid account balance become 0 from Rs.293/- then after contacting to senior customer executive, I came to knew that it was for using GPRS service, and my balance is -195 and the system showed usage of 116685868 bytes). But I hardly used it for 15-20 minutes. Usage of 116685868 bytes by me is not at all possible. Going further into the case, data counter of my mobile, till date my all usage is much less than above usage. Then how is it possible.

Further I again contacted to the customer care, they were unable to solve my problem and were just saying that it is as system showed.

I request you to look in to the matter and reverse my prepaid account balance.
