Closing of Docket numbers without rectification

It has become the habit of Thillai Ganga Nagar Telephone Exchange to close the complaint docket numbers without rectifying the fault for my Landline 22672508.

Docket No.56127863 dated 14th Feb was closed without attending to faults. So I had to obtain another Docket No.56131208 dated 15th Feb.

Similarly Docket No.55504940 dated 27th Feb was closed without attending or rectifying the defect with a SMS " 22672508-Landline complaint No.55504940 dated 27/20 is CLOSED-TEST DESK Sender: BSNL-CHN Message centre: 919442299997 Sent:1-Mar 18:08:39".

Hence I was forced to lodge another Docket No.59000156 dated 1st March.

It appears that the officials of this Telephone Exchange are eager in "Closure Statistics" without attending to rectification process.
