BSNL
Landline billing issue

Paid about Rs. 1300 (1 year tariff plan, @ Rs. 100 per month taxes) for BSNL land line in July. During their software migration / upgradation, it has converted to some other plan automatically (Rs. 200 / month). After repeated complaints, they have corrected my plan but effecting Nov. Now they want me to pay more amount for the period July - Oct 09 which is unethical!!
